Some of the Career Opportunities in Our Facility May Include:
RN/LPN
The Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all nursing care.
CNA
The Certified Nurse Aide is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: providing quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, transferring/mobility, feeding, and ensuring excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
Housekeeping/Laundry Aide
The Housekeeping/Laundry Aide is an important position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to providing a clean and safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Dietary Aide/Cook
The Dietary Aide is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: ensuring that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies, assisting in assembly of meal trays utilizing the planned menus of physicians’ diet orders, delivering meals and nourishments to designated facility locations, and assisting in the preparation of food items, as directed.
Director of Rehabilitation
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care to residents. This leadership role includes managing therapy staff, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring effective, resident-centered outcomes. Reporting to the Administrator, the Director plays a key role in maintaining clinical standards, fostering team development, and enhancing resident satisfaction through skilled rehabilitation services.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing skilled therapy services focused on promoting functional independence and improving residents’ quality of life. This role includes assessing needs, planning, and implementing individualized therapy interventions. Working under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation, the OT plays a key role in helping residents achieve their personal goals through professional and purposeful care.
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA)
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapy interventions to support each resident’s plan of care. This role involves close collaboration with the supervising therapist to monitor progress, communicate performance, and ensure quality care. The OTA contributes to helping residents regain independence in daily activities through purposeful and professional service.
Physical Therapist (PT)
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to residents. This includes assessing, planning, and implementing personalized interventions that support strength, mobility, and improved function. Working under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation, the PT plays a vital role in helping residents regain independence and enhance their overall well-being.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports the resident’s plan of care by delivering hands-on treatment and communicating progress, response to therapy, and other key updates to the supervising therapist. The PTA plays an essential role in promoting movement, strength, and safe functional mobility.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to residents. This includes evaluating individual needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering targeted interventions to support communication and swallowing function. Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation, the SLP plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life and promoting functional independence.
